Measurement Tips


Bring arms to your sides, place tape measure under your arms
and run it around the fullest part of the bustline.


Locate the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Loop the tape measure around
your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for an easy fit.


Place feet together, loop the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips,
approximately 7 inches below your waistline.

Allow mystery to find space in your life.  Notice when you resist the unknown.  Remember the gifts you've received that had nothing to do with planning or control.  



Pick a small area of your home to clean and organize.  When you finish, light a candle and thank the space for all that it holds for you.  


Loved Ones

Send a love letter to someone who makes you feel safe and cared for.  Tell them how grateful you are.  This works beautifully as either a letter to someone else or to yourself.
